BEFORE - Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
This Kitchen was built in the 1970’s and the client wanted a new Kitchen that was definitely not dark and rustic like the existing one.
Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
This final CAD drawing is typically what we develop for Kitchens. It enables our clients to see their new Kitchen before the cabinets and appliances are ordered. The next photo shows the final result of the drawing.
Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
By eliminating the existing peninsula and adding an island, we opened up the Kitchen and Breakfast Rooms to become one large, functional and beautiful room.

This is the final CAD drawing, showing the cooking center.
Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
We designed this cooking center to be a real design feature of the room. Note the tile backsplash and the bead board exhaust hood.
Manhattan Beach,

We extended the countertop under the window to service the Breakfast Room. Note that the refrigerator and the dishwasher are panelized to blend in with the cabinets.

The same cabinets are extended into the Breakfast Room for additional storage.
BEFORE - Culver City,
Kitchen Remodel -
Another 1970's kitchen in need of remodeling.
Culver City,
Kitchen Remodel -
This is a straight forward design, featuring beautiful wood flooring and an emphasis on the new ceiling and wonderful crown molding detail.
Culver City,
Kitchen Remodel -
This rather small Galley-Kitchen had minimal space for storage, so we provided pantry space in the two tall cabinets in the Breakfast Room.
Culver City,
Kitchen Remodel -
We have honed granite countertops with an ogee edge detail. Note that the crown molding continues into the Breakfast Room.

Rolling Hills Estates,
Kitchen Remodel -
This small, new Kitchen exhibits the client’s love of traditional design. The refrigerator and the dishwasher are panelized to maintain this formal motif. Note the intricate detailing of the room.
Rolling Hills Estates,
Kitchen Remodel -
The panelized dishwasher can be seen in this photo. Note the granite countertop with a bullnose edge detail.
BEFORE - Rolling Hills Estates,
Kitchen Remodel -
The scale of this cumbersome looking exhaust hood was too large for the room and we and the client agreed that most of the other elements in the existing Kitchen also needed improvement.
Rolling Hills Estates,
Kitchen Remodel -
Note the difference in the new single height island and smaller hood and the improvement of the entire Kitchen.
Rolling Hills Estates,
Kitchen Remodel –
Note how we incorporated a white finish on the island to integrate with the white door, window and molding trim. All of the other cabinets were a brown stain finish.
Rolling Hills Estates,
Kitchen Remodel -
The white panels on the front of the island are the same panel style as the stained cabinets. Note the beautiful, granite countertops.
BEFORE - Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
We removed all of the walls and soffits that appear in these photos, in order to completely open the Kitchen to the Dining Room.
Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
We completely eliminated all of the soffits and walls between the Kitchen and Dining room. Both rooms are now open and more visually stunning. The Kitchen peninsula counter seen at the bottom of this photo is great for serving buffet style to the Dining Room.
Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
There used to be a wall here. It is now totally open. What an improvement for both rooms!
Manhattan Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
Note the pot filler, mounted on the backsplash, over the range. Note the bullnose edge, granite countertops.
BEFORE - Torrance,
Kitchen Remodel -
This was a small Kitchen without adequate storage.
Torrance,
Kitchen Remodel -
In order to enlarge the storage capacity of this small Kitchen, we increased the width of the peninsula, adding cabinets on the Dining Room side and we located a pantry cabinet in the Service Porch. Note that we removed the overhead cabinets between the Kitchen and Dining Room, in order to visually open up both rooms.
Torrance,
Kitchen Remodel -
The new countertops are quartz with an eased edge. The glass doors cabinet, houses the client’s collection of teapots.
BEFORE - Laguna Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
We eliminated the wall behind this refrigerator and cabinets, to completely open the Kitchen to the adjacent Dining Room and a beautiful ocean view.
Laguna Beach,
Kitchen Remodel -
By removing the wall between the Kitchen and Dining Room, we were able to design a peninsula for bar seating, in lieu of a dining table. The Kitchen and Dining Room were then both exposed to a fantastic view of the ocean. This client preferred a contemporary motif with new flooring, windows, lighting and a completely remodeled Kitchen. Unfortunately, the new bar stools had not yet arrived when this photo was taken.
